At Mrs P’s Masala, we aim to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns or exchanges subject to the conditions below.
General Returns & Exchanges
Unwanted products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and has all original labels attached;
- It is in its original, unopened packaging, which must not be damaged;
- It is complete and matches the stated weight (gram/kilogram) on the packaging;
- The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer;
- Proof of purchase is sent to us via email.
Kindly email your request to info@mrsps.co.za within 7 business days of delivery, stating the reason for the return or exchange.
Please Note
- Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded, but may be exchanged with valid proof of purchase.
- Products received as gifts cannot be exchanged without proof of purchase (7-day policy applies).
Returns of Food Products
Please note that our products are food items and must be handled and stored accordingly.
- If you are unsure about which products to purchase, we recommend contacting us before placing your order, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect orders.
- Products that have been improperly stored by the customer will not be eligible for exchange. Please follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
Damaged Deliveries
While Mrs P’s Masala takes all reasonable care when packaging your order:
- It is your responsibility to inspect your goods before accepting delivery from the courier.
- If your parcel contains damaged items, these must be returned immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.
